Our experience means we can provide advice, formulate strategies and advocate for clients using our technical expertise as well as our practical knowledge. We often find solutions for even the most difficult and seemingly hopeless cases. We have also found successful pathways for cases where visa applicants have previously been given flawed advice or inadequate representation.
Accredited immigration specialists are regulated by the Law Society NSW. To become an Accredited Specialist in immigration a solicitor must complete a minimum of five years of practice with extensive experience in immigration law. They are then required to undertake rigorous oral and written examinations. To maintain their accreditation they must undertake additional on-going training above that required of other solicitors.
